Hello, I’m Hannah, a qualified and registered Art Psychotherapist, based in London.
I am passionate about seeing every individual having the opportunity to flourish and I believe that one of the important ways this happens is when we feel heard and understood, consequently coming to know our value. Art therapy can provide a space for this to happen.
In the last 8 years, I have been working or volunteering with children and adolescents. Part of this was volunteering with children and women who had experienced trauma and sexual exploitation in South-east Asia.
I have art therapy experience working with children and adolescents aged 4 – 18 years old. This has been in different settings including schools, an inpatient mental health ward, youth clubs, a refugee charity, a bereavement service and with private clients.
It has been a privilege for me to work with individuals who have been processing different challenges, these have included: loss, childhood trauma, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, self-harming and other mental health challenges.
My practice is professionally supervised and I abide by the HCPC and BAAT code of ethics.
